The Jefferson County Post is please to announce that we will be hosting some very special guests this Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Martha and John Eachus, of Talking Turkey Studio in Gatlinburg will be showing their wonderful stained glass art in the reception area of the Jefferson County Post, located at 1237 Gay Street in Dandridge (across from the Historic Jefferson County Courthouse). The Eachus are an extremely talented pair of artisans and are currently commissioned to do a historic replication in stained glass for the Oliver Springs Historical Society to hang in their new museum. Martha and John are a part of the artist community in Gatlinburg and have a unique, beautiful studio in that area. The Jefferson County Post would like to invite our readers to stop by our office, meet The Eachus and view their fabulous work. Weather and space permitting, there will be demonstrations of their craft. Please stop by for a light refreshment and to greet our neighbors across the bridge.
