Track Pants and Knits Chic Trend

Darlings, the new trend of track pants is most flattering for all body types. And the way the fashion fits around the ankle is so feminine, especially worn with heels, Yes, I know how high and uncomfortable the 4 or 5 inch heels are for work or casual wear. So, I suggest a mid heel or kitten heel for comfort and sometimes safety, as I have seen the catwalk models fall while modeling in the 5 inch heels. Michael Kors has a great mid heel (3 inches) and the kitten heel is only 2 inches, but has a feminine look in comparison to flats with the track pants. For a really rocking look for a party wear the highest heels and a lace or beaded top. A great day time trend is an animal print knit with the track pants.

Knits: knits are really “IN” this season. Beautiful cable sweaters, dresses, skirts, jackets and coats are heralding the comfort of knit. Shop the different styles of knits and find the most flattering style for your type. Some have a way of making one look a bit heavier. Stay away from the skin tight knits if a slimmer look is your goal and try a heavier cable knit. Never, never squeeze into a too-tight knit, as it has the opposite look of style. To be truthful, it creates a look void of good taste.

Chico’s has a great looking track pant for a reasonable price. Neiman Marcus has a leather track pant for 395.00 – the cheapest I have found doing my research, that really has an elegant leather. Some designers like Fendi and top designers may cost several thousand dollars for the leather track pants, So, darlings if one likes a bit of leather fashion the 395.00 price tag is not bad.
