Jefferson County Office on Aging and Senior Centers, Invite You to Their 2014 Senior Health Fair on Friday, September 26, 2014 8:00am – 11:00am at the Jefferson City Community Center, 1247 N. Hwy 92 Jefferson City, TN.

 Events Include-

  •  Free health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugar, bone density, hearing, three lead cardiac rhythm, vision, etc.
  •  Blood Testing- CBC, TSH, PSA and lipid profile testing provided by Covenant Health for $10 per test-fasting required before these tests.
  •  Health and Wellness Booths- over fifty agencies.
  •  Medicare questions answered by SHIP (State and Health Insurance Program).
  •  Adult Protective Services- prevention of elder abuse and exploitation.
  •  Legal Support – Provided by ETHRA in completing power-of-attorney.
  •  Services available for the visually impaired and blind.
  • Baskets, Crafts, Jewelry Booths, and Massages.
