MARGIE D. FOSTER, age 53, of Dandridge, TN passed away Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at her home. She was born and raised in Rock Hill, SC, the daughter of the late Jack and Mary Ellen (Shaver) Ashley. She is survived by her daughter, Tammy Whaley; son, Bob Whaley; grandchildren, Haley, Dakota, Destiny Haynes, Michael Whaley; brothers, Johnny, Michael, and Jack Ashley; significant other, Ed O. “Neal” Whaley. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held Saturday, September 20, 2014, 1:00pm at Margie’s residence, 633 Greenhill Rd., Dandridge, TN.
