Halloween Candy Bark

recipe-dessertIf you are in need of a quick, crowd pleasing, Halloween themed dessert, then look no further. I made this candy bark for my daughter’s Halloween party this year, and it was a huge hit! It is by far the easiest Halloween dessert I’ve ever made. This recipe would also be easy to modify for other holidays, such as Christmas, Easter, or Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients:

15 Oreo cookies

1 ½ cup pretzels

1 cup candy corn, divided

1 pkg vanilla flavored almond bark

1 pkg small candy eyes

1 T Halloween sprinkles

 

Directions:

Line a large baking sheet with parchment or waxed paper.

Break cookies and pretzels into pieces. Place cookie pieces, pretzel pieces, and ¾ cup candy corn onto paper on cookie sheet in a thin layer.

In a glass bowl, melt almond bark according to package directions, being careful not to burn. Pour over mixture on cookie sheet and spread out to coat evenly. Immediately sprinkle remaining candy corn, candy eyes, and sprinkles over top of almond bark.

Place in refrigerator to harden. Break into pieces before serving.
