Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin with Gravy

recipe-entreeThis recipe is one that resulted from a hurried morning, knowing my family had a late evening and that I would not feel like spending a lot of time in the kitchen cooking dinner when we got home. I tossed some things in the slow cooker, hoping for a good outcome. It was so much better than I ever expected. The pork comes out incredibly moist and the gravy is a perfect accompanying sauce.

Ingredients:

1 lb. pork tenderloin

1 can cream of chicken soup

2 cups vegetable or chicken stock

½ t onion powder

⅛ t garlic powder

½ t salt

¼ t pepper

Directions:

Place soup, stock, onion powder, and garlic powder in slow cooker. Whisk together and break up any lumps from soup.

Place tenderloin in sauce in slow cooker. Sprinkle tenderloin with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Serve with your favorite roasted vegetables and mashed potatoes or cauliflower “rice.”
