School Back On For Wednesday

School for Jefferson County High School as well as the Patriot Academy will resume tomorrow, Wednesday, November 5, 2014.

Earlier this week a water break which could have effected the fire suppression system caused officials to close the schools for precautionary reasons. Shady Grove Utility District was instrumental in locating the leak which was on school property and not on their main lines which was earlier suspected. According to Michael Phagan, Department of Education Director of Business Affairs & Maintenance, the repairs have been completed and classes will resume Wednesday.
