RUTH WEST HUTCHISON, age 84, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at Jefferson Memorial Hospital on November 6, 2014. She was a member of Tennessee Avenue Baptist Church. Preceded in death by parents, James and Lois West; two infant sisters, Elsie and Hazel; brothers, Earl West and Ray West; sister, Dixie Popkave. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, David and Darby Hutchison; granddaughter, Nikki Hutchison; sisters, Shirley Davidson and husband Ray, and Mildred Crutchfield; several nieces and nephews. Private graveside interment service will be held Bell’s Campground Cemetery in Powell, TN with Rev. Jimmy Dunn officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society, PO Box 653, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
