BETTY LOU WOLFE, born August 30, 1925, died on November 30, 2014. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Jefferson City, and retired from AT&T after 35 years of service. She was preceded in death by parents, Ted and Katherine Cook Wolfe; sisters, Ruth Wolfe Thomas and Minnie Alice Wolfe Thomas. She is survived by brother, Joe (Jennice) of Knoxville, TN; sister, LaVerne Wolfe Maynard of Jefferson City, MO; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews; and beloved friend and caretaker, Denise Claxton. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Andrew Whaley officiating. Graveside interment service will immediately follow the service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
