PUBLIC NOTICE

PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS for Dandridge Farmers Market.  The Town of Dandridge desires to procure construction services for a new pavilion structure to be used for the Dandridge Farmers Market.  The project will consist of minor sitework and new construction for the pavilion structure and concrete slab.  Copies for the Request for Proposals can be obtained by contacting Studio Four Design, attn: Frank Gordon, fgordon@s4dinc.com, 414 Clinch Avenue, Knoxville TN 37902, 865-523-5001.  All Bidders are encouraged, but not required, to attend a pre-bid meeting on January 13, 2015 at 4 p.m. at the project site.  Please submit 3 copies of your proposal in person no later than 2:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 to the attention of Melissa Peagler, Town Administrator, at 131 East Main Street, Dandridge, TN.  Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
