INVITATION TO BID

Jefferson County is accepting sealed bids for the following package for the existing Jefferson County Department of Education Central Office located at 1221 Gay Street, Dandridge TN:  Roof replacement including metal roof panels, flashing and sheet metal and roofing accessories.

Please contact Director of Facilities & Safety, David Longmire @ (865) 471-1844 to obtain specific bid package information.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 West Main Street, Dandridge, TN, at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2015.  Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 am on Tuesday, March 24, 20115 at Jefferson County Finance Department, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
