Glenmore Mansion Holds Spring Garden Market

Glenmore Mansion held its Spring Garden Market May 2, 2015, as booths lined the estate, showing off the seasons beautiful bounties. While flowers and plants were the main draw of the day, there was something for everyone present, with several booths showing off garden artwork and even crafts like birdhouses. Food and tea tents were set up for guests, and Glenmore’s famous strawberry shortcakes were on the minds of many as the day progressed. For those with more mechanical inclinations, an antique tractor show was in order, ensuring that guests would be hard-pressed to find themselves without entertainment of any form. Parking was at a premium for much of the day, which, coupled with the laughter and smiles, is fair indication that Glenmore Mansion put on a fun event for anyone looking to get out on the sunny May day.
