INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for an annual Preventative Maintenance Contract on HVAC System located at the Jefferson County Justice Center.  Successful bidders must have HVAC certification and knowledge of AAONAIRE Energy Recovery Units.

Complete background checks, Insurance, Company Business License, and References must be included with the Bid Package.

For a tour of the facilities and/or specifications and bid documents, contact the Office of the Director of Facilities and Safety at 214 West Main Street, Dandridge TN, 37725 or you may call David Longmire at 865-397-3800 or 865-257-4852.  All bidders are required to obtain and submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled HVAC PB BID and mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 10:30 AM Thursday June 11, 2015, at which times bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
