SHERRY ELAINE TOMPKINS PATTERSON
SHERRY ELAINE TOMPKINS PATTERSON, age 55, born December 1, 1959, recently of Dandridge TN and formerly of Strawberry Plains TN, passed into heaven on June 7, 2015. Sherry had a gentle and loving heart and will be missed desperately by her family and friends. Sherry is preceded in death by her mother, Fay Maxine McSpadden Tompkins, and father, James Eugene Tompkins, both of Dandridge TN. Sherry is survived by her husband, Chucky Patterson of Strawberry Plains TN; her son, Christopher Nathan Patterson of Strawberry Plains TN; her in-laws, Tillie Dennison Dalton and Steve Dalton of Strawberry Plains TN, her sister, Betty Jean Tompkins Holt of Oneida TN; her niece and finance’, Melinda Gail Holt Brooks and Tommy Musser of Morristown TN; her niece and husband, Dr. Jessica Lynn Holt Turner and Karl Turner of Elizabethan TN; her dear friends, Shellie Anderson of Strawberry Plains TN, Tonya Ladd of New Market, TN and Karen Hurst Hodge of Dandridge, TN.
A Celebratory Memorial Service will be held on Friday June 19, 2015, 6:00 PM at the Chestnut Grove United Methodist Church in Dandridge TN.
