ORIS R. BENNETT, age 90, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was born August 7, 1925 in Hinton, West Virginia. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Navy and was of the Christian faith. Preceded in death by wife, Christin Bennett; mother and father, Russell and Lola Bennett. He is survived by daughter, Linda Armour (Harold); grandchildren, Randell Armour (Melissa), Donald Armour (Paula), and Robert Armour (Kimberly); seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Memorial service is planned for a later date.
