JEFFERSON COUNTY WORKHOUSE HVAC

McSpadden Inc., Construction Manager for Jefferson County, is accepting bids for the following bid package for the existing Jefferson County Workhouse: HVAC.

Please contact McSpadden Inc. at (865) 397-3822 to obtain specific bid package information. Construction Drawings and Specifications are available for purchase at McSpadden Inc, 613 East Meeting St, Dandridge, TN and Knoxville Builders Exchange.

A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 West Main Street, Dandridge, TN, at 9:00 am on Wednesday, September 23. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 13, 2014, at Jefferson County Finance Department, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN. McSpadden Inc. and/or Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal which meets the specifications, and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of McSpadden Inc. or Jefferson County.
