RITA MOYERS, age 83, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Monday, September 28, 2015 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital after a lingering illness. She was a member of George Street United Methodist Church of Jefferson City. Preceded in death by her husband, Sam Moyers; parents, Wallace and Cecelia Grant. She is survived by sons, Sam (Jolene) Moyers, Jr. of Jefferson City, and David (Rena) Moyers of Georgia; grandson, Paul Moyers of Rutledge; great-grandsons, Matthew and Cameron; special friend. T. D. Hunt. Special thanks to Brian Johnson, LPN Unit Manager, Angel Gilman, Debbie Seymour and all the staff at Jefferson County Nursing Home. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
