BILLY E. HAYNES, age 75 of Dandridge, TN passed away October 3, 2015. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church in Rutledge, TN. He worked over forty years for the Jamison Fence Company of Knoxville in the shipping and receiving department. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Billy is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Eliza; children, Teresa (Larry) Herndon, and Stephen Gregg; brother, Jimmie (Mary); grandchildren, Brandi, Mikaela, Zachary, Logan, Jackie, Beth, Ashley, Sabastian and Chase; and several great-grandchildren; special friends and neighbors Earl and Rhodie Hollfield. He is preceded in death by his parents; Clyde and Mattie Haynes and son, Marty. Family will receive friends Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 5:00 until 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge with the funeral service to follow at 7:00pm with Johnny Mills and David Haynes officiating. The graveside interment will be Wednesday, 11:00am at Hillcrest Cemetery.
