INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Highway Department will be accepting sealed bids for “REHAB WORK ON WITT ROAD BRIDGE IN WHITE PINE TENNESSEE”.

An Inspection for all potential bidders is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the bridge on Witt Road, White Pine in Jefferson County, TN.  All bidders are required to submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled “REHAD WORK ON WITT ROAD” and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, NOVEMBER 12, 2015, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Complete background checks, Insurance, Company Business License, and References must be included with the Bid Package.

JeffersonCounty reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
