Mossy Creek Cruzers Car Club was started in March of 2012 and it is now going into its fifth season. Currently, it is the only classic car club in Jefferson County.

The January meeting of the Mossy Creek Cruzers Car Club was held Tuesday, January 5th, at Shoney’s in Dandridge.

Newly elected Officers accepted their positions and presided over the meeting. Former President, Larry Boggess, presented the gavel to new President Ann Randolph of Jefferson City to initiate the first meeting of 2016. Former Club Treasurer Bill O’Connell, of Dandridge, will hold the position of Vice-President this year. The Treasurer is Joan Spoon of Morristown and the position of Secretary and Newsletter Editor was retained by Pat Dukes.

In addition to officers, some committee elections were made. Glenn Allred will again serve as the Car Show Director, a position that he has successfully held prior to the new year.

Pat Dukes will retain Membership Director status, Joan Spoon is the newly installed Chaplain and Larry Boggess is the 2016 Sergeant of Arms. The Board of Directors are Don Bentley, Réjane Wintter, Ray Randolph, Larry Boggess and Glenn Allred, with President Ann Randolph attending the BOD’s meetings.
