INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Director of Facilities and Safety will be accepting sealed bids for “PAINTING OF THE CUPOLA” on the JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

Complete background checks, Insurance, Company Business License, and References must be included with the Bid Package.

For a tour of the Facilities and/or Specifications and Bid Documents you may contact the Office of the Director of Facilities and Safety 214 West Main street, Dandridge, TN 37725, or you may call David Longmire at 865-397-3800/865-257-4852.  All bidders are required to obtain and submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.

Sealed bids should be labeled “COURTHOUSE CUPOLA PAINTING” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, MARCH 15, 2016, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
