Jefferson County High School hosted the Four-Way Speech Contest of the Jefferson City Rotary Club Monday. Each lady attends Jefferson County High School and is in the Senior Class. Each student participating was asked to write and memorize a 4-6 minute speech that touched on the basis of the Rotary Four-Way Test which consists of the following… Is it the Truth, Is it Fair to All Concerned, Will it build Good Will and better friendships, Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Taylor received a $100.00 Wal-Mart gift card, Amanda $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card and Samantha $25.00 Wal-Mart gift card. Taylor, now has the opportunity to attend the Rotary Four-Way Speech Contest on March 26, 2016 at Tennessee Tech for a chance to win a scholarship at District level. Scholarships at the district level will be $750, $500, and 250 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, respectively.
