ROBERT C. (BOB) REDFERN, age 68, of Jefferson City, TN passed away at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Life Care Center of Jefferson City following an extended illness. He was a member and deacon of Strawberry Plains Presbyterian Church. He was a computer consultant for many years, was very active in community services, and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Alma Redfern. He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryline Redfern; daughters, Karla, Konnie, Kristie, Deborah and Denise; nine grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Farrar Funeral Home with Pastor Dennis Maxey officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to a charity of your choice.
