D. J. MINKLER, age 59, 0f Jefferson City, TN passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2016 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Preceded in death by parents, Marshall and Theda Minkler; brothers, Dean and Estel Minkler. He was a biker and hot rod enthusiast. Survived by daughters, Chelsea Minkler and Laura Spaugh; grandchild, Ivy Cox; one brother and two sisters; dear friend, Tina Anderson; several good friends too many to mention; and beloved dog Ziggy. Family and friends will meet at 2:45 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2016 at Grainger Memorial Gardens for a 3:00 p.m. graveside memorial service with Rev. Doug Jennings officiating. Friends will visit following the service.
