Great Tunes, Great Times Down on the Farm

It was an exciting, if chilly, evening down on the farm as the Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series kicked off their summer showcase. Grits and special guest Tractorhead brought the house down and kept the energy high in the debut evening of the four concert series. The Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series is an annual event located at 549 East Dumplin Valley Road ( across the street from Mount Horeb Elementary School) and it always draws a crowd. Good music and a laid back, down on the farm atmosphere are the calling cards of the popular summer evening concerts. The next show will be Saturday, June 11, 2016, featuring local favorites Hillbilly Bonez. The gates open on concert days at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm. Chairs or blankets for seating are encouraged and coolers are welcome. Concessions are available for purchase. The Dumplin Valley Farm Concert Series is a family friendly event and the community is invited to come down on the farm!
