INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for One: Mobile Heavy Duty Lifting System for School Buses w/4 Portable Columns. Wireless, Batteries included, and Hydraulic operated with Adjustable Carriages. Bid should include Delivery, Freight Charges, and/or any Set-up/Installation Costs. Should be comparable in features to Challenger Lifts model CLHM-135. Available/delivery before June 15, 2016.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Mobile Heavy Duty Lifting System for School Buses: 4 Column Portable”

The bids may be submitted two ways:

1)     Mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department

Attention Finance Director, Langdon Potts

P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725

2)     Dropped off at the Jefferson County Finance Department

1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN37725.

 Bids will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. on Thursday June 9th at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
