INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for the following:

–      Elevator maintenance and service

–      Fire Extinguishers Inspection and service

–      Kitchen Fire suppression inspection and service

–      Fire alarm inspections

–      Fire alarm monitoring

–      Sprinkler system inspection and service

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Physical address:  1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Thursday, June 16, 2016 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
