INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for new sports field lighting for the Jefferson County High School football field.  There will be a mandatory site visit on Monday, June 13th at 10 AM at the Jefferson County High School football field, 115 W. Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN  37725.  For complete bid specifications, vendors should contact Michael Phagan at 865-397-3436.

Sealed bids should be labeled “New JCHS Football Field Lighting System” and mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Physical address:  1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Monday, June 20, 2016 at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.  Award subject to project funding approval.
