NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all County Commissioners and residents of Jefferson County, Tennessee, and to all other persons who might be interested, that the Jefferson County Beer Board previously scheduled for June 20 has been changed to Monday, June 27, 2016. The hearings will be heard following the regular session of the Jefferson County Commission in the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W. Main Street, Dandridge, TN. Three (3) applications for a permit to sell beer will be heard:

Off-Premise Permit: Jay Hunuman Gas Martz, Inc. doing business as Shorty’s Food Mart, 787 Hwy 139, Dandridge, TN37725.

Off-Premise Permit: Ravindra Patel doing business as Lakeview Market & Deli, 2179 Chestnut Hill Rd, Dandridge, TN 37725.

On and Off-Premise Permit: Leroy Denton doing business as Millstone Country Store, 1531 Hwy 25/70, Dandridge, TN 37725.

NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Open Meetings Act (Sunshine Law) found in T.C.A. § 8-44-101 et seq.
