JERRY R. HOLACKA, of Rutledge, TN and formerly of Waco, TX passed away on October 22, 2016. He was a mechanical engineer with TXU for 35 years. He was dedicated to his family, friends, job, community and his church. Preceded in death by his parents, Edith and Raymond Holacka; and brother, Jim Holacka. Survived by wife, Linda Holacka; daughter, Stephanie Holacka; sons, Justin Holacka and wife Tai, Geoffrey Holacka and wife, Jana; grandchildren, Isabella, Liberty and Caroline. Memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Blessed John Paul Catholic Church in Rutledge with Father Steve Palwelk officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 5:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to the LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society) www.lls.org.
