INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for a Performing Arts theatrical rigging system.  Design and installation supervision is required by an ETCP certified rigger.  To request bid specifications or to schedule a site visit, contact Michael Phagan, Director of Facilities at 865 397-3436.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Physical address:  1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM Thursday, November 10, 2016 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
