Provisional Votes

I read that there were provisional votes in the local election. Will these change any of the reported outcomes?

It is unlikely that any of the races will be impacted, other than Councilman for Baneberry, which was a tie vote. That election could be impacted if any of the provisional votes are converted to countable votes. That would require that the voter return with proper documentation in the allocated time period, and also would need any of the countable votes to be in the Baneberry district. Other races in the County would likely not be impacted due to vote spread. Around 50 provisional votes were being held, but not all will be countable and they will be spread out over several districts.
