EUGENE RALEIGH, age 73, of Talbott, TN passed away Thursday, January 5, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Anita Raleigh; son, Thomas Eugene Raleigh; brother, Kyle Raleigh. Survived by wife, Ina Mae Raleigh; daughter, Katherine Webb (Otis, Sr.); grandchildren, Chessika Webb, Michael Raleigh, Otis Webb, Jr., Katherine Louise Webb, Thomas Raleigh, Joseph Raleigh, Paulee Raleigh, and Ada Mae Raleigh; great-grandchild, Skilyn Lutes; brothers and sisters, Wendall Raleigh (Ruth), Sarah Johnson, Linda Sheperd, Wilma Sturgill (Vernon), Ed Raleigh (Ila), Jerry Raleigh (Maritta), Darrell Raleigh (Donna), and Benjamin Raleigh, (Kathy); several nieces and nephews. Memorial service will be held at a later date.
