LIDA FRANCIS “SIS” BURNETT CORNWELL, age 85, of Talbott, TN passed away at her home on Tuesday, January 31, 2017. She was a member of the Talbott Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was a former partner of Burnett Produce of Morristown. Preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd T. and Rural Burnett; sister, Susie B. West; brothers, Keith Burnett, Lloyd “Tub” Burnett; nephew, Tommy Burnett; daughter-in-law, Debbie Cornwell. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Cornwell of the home; daughter, Helen Sue (Eric) Hollenshead of White Pine, TN; sons, Bobby (Gail) Cornwell, and Kenny “Doc” Cornwell of Talbott, TN; grandchildren, Mandy (Shawn) Richardson of Heiskell, Ryan (Courtney) Cornwell of Dandridge, Tess (Dustin) Reed of Talbott, Alamus (Nitara) West of White Pine, Christina (Michael) Dillon of Talbott, Tracy (Justin) Reagan of Morristown, James Hollenshead of White Pine, Adrienne Lackey of White Pine; special brothers, Bud Burnett, Glen Burnett and Fred Burnett; twenty-one great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday, February 3, 2017 at Farrar Funeral Home. Graveside interment service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Martha Sunderland Cemetery.
