STEPHEN E. WHITLOCK, age 62, of New Market, TN passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at Physicians Regional Medical Center, Knoxville. He was a former zinc miner for Young Mines. He was a beloved father, son and brother who will be dearly missed. May he rest in peace. Stephen is survived by his daughter, Allison Asquith; parents, Cecil and Bobbie Whitlock; brother, Larry Whitlock; sisters, Janet Ballinger and Debbie Roth. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
