The Jefferson County Patriots played host to Cherokee Friday evening as the Chiefs came to Dumplin Valley looking to improve their conference record. Patriots took advantage of the energy supplied by a full house of Patriot fans and bested the Chiefs 59-46. With the win the Patriots move to a 14-6 record overall. The Lady Patriots hosted the Lady Chiefs on Friday evening. In an almost mirror score of the men’s game, the Lady Patriots took the win 58-47 over Cherokee. Both the Patriots and Lady Patriots will see action on their home court on January 15th as South Doyle comes to Dumplin Valley. Tip off for JV Boys is at 5pm with Varsity Girls and Varsity Boys to follow.
