Betty Gay Walden Blanc, age 89 of Jefferson City, TN passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017. Memorial funeral service will be 6:00 p.m. Monday, May 22, 2017 at First Baptist Church, Jefferson City. The family will receive friends 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. Monday prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Knoxville Children’s Hospital, Friends of the Smokies or Carson Newman University.
