AEC Installs New Payment Option

AEC has recently installed a new Kiosk payment center at its office facility, located at 1109 Hill Drive in New Market. The self-service kiosk allows members to make real-time payments to their electric accounts 24 hours per day / 7 days a week. The kiosk takes cash, checks and credit card payments and provides receipts for each transaction. There is no fee to use the new kiosk and it is conveniently located at the drive-thru lane of the Co-op. “Safe, secure and easy; AEC is committed to providing options that meet the needs of our members” commented Scott Tipton, AEC Director of Member Relations. He encourages all members to stop by and try out this new option. It’s just another way AEC is Member Owned & Service Driven.

The Cooperative hopes that the success of this new payment center will lead to additional opportunities to install kiosk locations throughout the service area.
