Billy Ray Robinson 61 of White Pine, Tn passed away Thurs Nov. 9th 2017.

Billy was a caring and loving person. He loved his family and was a very outspoken person. He had his way of always making you laugh and smile.

He will be forever missed and loved.

Billy is survived by by his best friend and fiancé, Christy Johnson. Children, Jeremy Robinson and Mark Robinson. Grandchildren, Logan and John Robinson. Brothers Jerry (Martha) Robinson, Kippy (Edie) Robinson, Sam (Carol) Robinson. Sisters, Jean (Fred) Hager, Frances (Joe) Henson and Diana McCann.

Billy was preceded in death by his father and mother Orville and Faye Robinson.Brothers, Larry Earl, Leon and Jimmy Robinson. And Grandson Shane Robinson.

The family has already had a private ceremony.
