Arrest Made In Area Aggravated Robbery And Aggravated Kidnapping Case

According to Jefferson County, TN Sheriff’s Department – A male and female committed Aggravated Robbery and Aggravated Kidnapping on two Residence in Jefferson County, Tn. Clyde Moore age 82 on June 29th 2018 and Roy Ledbetter age 72 on July 2nd 2018. They tied both victims up and robbed them of money and weapons.
Our investigation connected us with Det. White from Campbell County where the same Male and Female tied up and robbed a 77 year old female on June 27th, 2018. Photos from different location and description from the victims put us on the lookout for a late model Black 4 door Chevy.
July 6, 2018 the same male and female robbed a 88 year old male in Giles County Virgina. They continued in Virginia and West Virginia committing two more.
Working together with Investigation of all Counties led to the arrest of Josh Small age 50 of Priceton West Virginia. He is charged by Jefferson County Det. Sgt. Collins and awaiting extradiction to Tennessee. Warrants have also been issued for Joni Johnson 35 of Priceton West Virgina. Thanks for all the media help in this case.
