INVITATION TO BID

McSpadden Inc., Construction Manager for Jefferson County, is accepting bids for the Jefferson County UT Agricultural Extension Office Renovations.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the Jefferson County UT Agricultural Extension Office, 1111 Lake Drive, Dandridge, TN, at 9:00 am on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at Jefferson County Finance Department, 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN. McSpadden Inc. and/or Jefferson County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept any proposal which meets the specifications, and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of McSpadden Inc. or Jefferson County.
