Nancy Doggett Pell, age 93, of Dandridge, went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 23, 2019. Nancy was a member of Shady Grove United Methodist Church and was retired from the Virginia Beach Public School System where she worked as Assistant Librarian at Kempsville High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years; Richard C. Pell, daughter; Andrea, and her parents; Charles A. and Mabel Waddell Doggett.
She is survived by her son and daughter in-law; Thomas (Kim) Pell, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
The family will be having a private service. No formal visitation will be held.
