INVITATION TO BID – Cooling Tower

Invitation to Bid:

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for a new cooling tower at New Market Elementary School. For complete bid specifications vendors should contact Michael Phagan, Director of School Facilities, at 865-397-1156.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Cooling Tower at New Market Elementary” and either dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or P. O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Friday, February 15, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
