The City of Baneberry Tennessee has legally declared city property as surplus with having no additional use for the city. Resolution 2019-13 declares the following as surplus and authorize the City Manager to advertise and accept bids to remove items from city property.

1. King Master 6’ Bush Hog. Approximately 20 years old.

2. Pallet Fork Attachment for Bobcat or Tractor.

3. Woods Gr4ader Blade 3 Point Hitch for a tractor.

Bids are to be marked in a sealed plain white envelope marked Baneberry Surplus. All bids shall be received at Baneberry City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Bid deadline is Thursday February 27, 2020 at 12:00 Noon.

Baneberry reserves the right to reject any bid.

Items may be inspected by calling and making viewing arrangements at 865-674-0124.
