BOBBY RAY COLLINS, age 71, of Talbott, TN passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at home. He was a member of Alpha Baptist Church, and co-owner of Broadway Service Center. Preceded in death by parents, Willie and Lucille Collins; and nephew, Tracy Collins. He is survived by wife, Alice Collins; daughters, Donna Rickard (Daniel), Letitia Singleton (Richard), and Tonya Collins; grandchildren, Deaven, Dylan and Delaney Rickard, Jacob Singleton, Whitney and Tyler Howard; brother, Jerry Collins (Linda); nephew, Jackie Collins (Mardena); uncle, Boyd Collins (Elaine). Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, September 12, 2020 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. Chris Keathly and Rev. Terry Kirby officiating. In consideration of the health and safety of all those attending the services, Farrar Funeral Home strongly encourages all CDC guidelines be followed, including the use of face masks.
