JEFFERSON COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE COVID-19 OPERATIONS PLAN

In response to the Governor’s latest Executive Order and the rise in COVID-19 cases across Jefferson County and in the surrounding areas, the Jefferson County Clerk’s office will begin operating under its COVID-19 Operations Plan beginning January 4, 2021 through January 31, 2021. In an effort to remain open and able to continue serving the public during this time we will be operating with limited staff members in the office, reducing our operating hours, and temporarily suspending our Saturday service. The main office in Dandridge will be open Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM and the satellite office in Jefferson City will be open Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Citizens are encouraged to utilize our online services at www.tncountyclerk.com, mail services via P.O. Box 710, Dandridge, TN 37725, by phone at 865-397-2935 (Dandridge) or 865-350-2265 (Jefferson City), or one of our three self-service renewal kiosk located in the lobby of the Dandridge office, Wal-Mart in Jefferson City, or the lobby of the White Pine Police Department.
