2nd Annual Jefferson County Isaiah 117 Golf Tournament, September 26, 2022
We are thrilled to announce the date of our 2nd annual Jefferson County Isaiah 117 Golf Tournament. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us on Monday, September 26, 2022, at the Patriot Hills Golf Course! There will be a morning and afternoon flight this year. Be sure to sign up before the flight you prefer is full!
Last year was an incredible inaugural year for our golf tournament and we raised over $23,000 to help build our home and provide for children on removal day. For those who may not know what Isaiah 117 House is, we exist to reduce trauma for children entering the foster system, lighten the load for child welfare services, and ease the transition for foster families. On July 30, 2021, we broke ground to build our home in Jefferson County. This home will be a safe place with friendly and loving volunteers who will provide food, baths, clean clothes, smiles, toys, and snuggly blankets. This space allows children to receive the comfort and care they need while child welfare staff can do the necessary paperwork and identify a good foster placement.
