Notice of Meeting
of the Long Range Planning Committee of
Jefferson County, Tennessee

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Long Range Planning Committee of Jefferson County, Tennessee (the “County”) will meet in regular, open and public session on the following dates and locations for the purpose of the Community Engagement Survey. Each meeting will take place from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m..

October 5, 2023        Community Meeting Jefferson County High School, Commons Area
October 12, 2023      Steering Committee Meeting Jefferson County Courthouse
October 26, 2023      Community Meeting New Market Elementary School
November 9, 2023    Steering Committee Meeting Jefferson County Courthouse
November 30, 2023  Community Meeting Talbott Elementary School

If a member of the public desires to speak at the meeting, he or she may do so in the manner provided in the Commission’s public input policy. A copy of that policy is available online at www.jeffersoncountytn.gov. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8-44-101 to 8-44-106, inclusive, Tennessee Code Annotated.
