Dr. Stephen Joiner, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Carson Newman University, is the featured speaker at the January 16, 2024 meeting of the Jefferson County League of Women Voters.

The topic of Dr. Joiner’s presentation is “Voting as Protected Speech.” The program will begin at 6 p.m. at the Jefferson City Public Library, 108 City Center Dr., Jefferson City. A brief discussion period will follow. Members of the public are cordially invited to attend.
