Jefferson County (JC) Government and Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed proposals for a “Social Marketing Campaign for the Naloxone Access Program (NAP).” The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to obtain qualified marketing agencies interested in working with Jefferson County Tennessee to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy and campaign to raise awareness and educate on the opioid crisis in Jefferson County with the aim to save lives distributing Naloxone kits and provide a supportive community environment. Sealed proposals should be labeled “Jefferson County Marketing NAP” to the attention of Julie Anglea, Purchasing Agent and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN, 37725, or dropped off at 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN, 37725. Sealed proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. ET, Thursday, October 3, 2024, at which time proposals will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.
